VSAR Has bases all over the world, in relation to which aircraft are able to land there, the answer really is anything which is capable of landing there! What you will see below is merely a list of all active worldwide VSAR bases, under the resource hangar, at the bottom half of the page (excluding the mail library which is at the top) you will find the regional scenery downloads, once the mail library is installed, you will only have a few KB worth of files to install per continent.

Valley AB-VSAR's secondary to Caernarfon, all aircraft are able to land at this base unlike Caernarfon.
Cape Town Intl-The main base for Africa, and the VSAR worldwide maintenance department, aircraft will need to visit here for repaints and every aircraft (including light aircraft and helicopters must fly down here every 5 years for maintenance).
